Wonderful antique Jumeau doll. She stands 52 cm or 20.5 inches tall. She has blue paperweight eyes, a closed mouth and pierced ears.
She is marked at the back of her head with a tiny D at the top, some checkmarks as often seen on Jumeau dolls and her size number. Her size number is not entirely readable, but it may be either an 8 or an 9. Her body is marked with the blue Jumeau stamp. Her shoes are marked with a size number 10, but I believe these may not be original to her. They are however original marked Jumeau shoes. The shoes are not in the best condition anymore. Her dress may be original to her and her wig is also most likely original. On her dress she has a Bebe pin and she is wearing a necklace. She will take the bird she is holding with her.
Her head is in an amazing condition. There are no hairlines, cracks or chips to note. The condition of her body is good, except it has to be noted that the body has been overpainted for a large part.
